Must be at least 21 with a valid I.D. and Credit Card to rent Cabins.
1. Check in time is after 3 p.m.2. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please leave key on kitchen table or return to office.3. Cabin rates are for 4 people. There is a $20 charge per night for each additional person over 4. Reservations require at least a 50% deposit made by check or credit card to guarantee your reservation.4. No Smoking is allowed in cabins or on porch. We check for smoking odors are each rental. You will be charged a $300 fine if smoking odors are noticed after your departure. If anyone in your party is found to be smoking in the cabin or on the porch, you will be evicted immediately and charged the $300 fine.5. Pets are not permitted in cabins under any conditions. A $300 fine will be accessed if pets are found in cabin.6. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests per cabin is limited to six (6) persons.7. No daily maid service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from units.8. Quiet Hours. Quiet Hours are from 10 p.m. To 8 a.m. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud noise is not al lowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave immediately. 9. Good Conduct is Required. Northshore RV Resort will not tolerate any onerous, noxious or offensive activity of any sort that count interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties using our facilities. In the event of such onerous, noxious or offensive activity, in the judgement of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately without a refund.10. Vehicles. Observe 10 M.P.H. Speed limit in park. All vehicles must either be parked in your assigned space (not on concrete or grass) or in designated parking areas. No parking on streets, landscaped areas, or empty spaces. 11. Boats. Register your boat with the office upon check-in. Boats must either be parked in your assigned space or in designated parking areas. Once your boat is registered use of the boat launch is included for the duration of your stay.12. Cabin Requests. We are happy to take your requests for a specific cabin number and will attempt to honor them. At no time however, are cabin requests guaranteed.13. Visitors. All visitors must register with the office upon their arrival. They will receive a visitor’s pass and must park in designated parking areas. You are responsible for your visitors compliance with all rules and regulations.14. Damage. Guest(s) will be responsible for any damage caused by Guest(s), guest(s) family, and guest(s) visitors.15. Cabin Inspection. Northshore RV Resort has a thorough inspection policy to ensure our cabins are in good condition and that tenants will not be inadvertently billed for missing or broken items. Please assist us by reporting any missing or broken items to our office with 5 hours of check-in, so that you will not be held responsible.16. Lost Keys. There will be a $15 re-keying fee if cabin key is not returned to office or left on kitchen table in cabin.17. A material breach of this Agreement by Guest(s), which, in the sole determination of the Resort, results in damage to the Premises, personal injury to Guest(s) or others, a breach of the peace, a nuisance to others, or a violation of criminal law or local code, shall be grounds for termination of Guest(s) stay. Violation of any of the rules contained herein will result in Immediate Eviction and forfeiture of rent
